Project: Southampton Row – London

This project was the refurbishment of a Grade II listed building, wherein Hillcrest supplied and installed structural steel and metal decking for the following elements.

Steelwork and metal floor decking to create three new storeys and roof structure on top of the existing levels. This included threading new columns down through the existing onto new foundations at basement level.
