Project: DaVinci House

Da Vinci House was previously in commercial use before conversion into residential apartments.

The new construction consisted of adding 3 new levels to the existing 5 storey building, to add 2 penthouse suites. The new frame was built within a specialist water proof envelope to avoid water damage to the existing structure during the duration of the project.

As part of the erection process, steelwork was uniquely hoisted, whilst the existing floors were still in full residential use.
